We offer free shipping to selected regions (US, UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore). Delivery timelines vary depending on stock availability and location. Please refer to the estimated delivery time shown on each product page as the most accurate guide.

Return and Refund
1. 100-Days Return & Refund:
At Morph Sofa, we want your furniture experience to be as pleasant and fulfilling as possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for your home. Therefore, we offer a 100-day return and refund policy.
2. Return conditions
To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following guidelines:
Returned items must be:
- In new, resaleable condition
- Free from stains, odors, tears, dents, discoloration, or damage
- Include all original components and accessories
Items that show signs of wear, or damage are not eligible for return.
Easy Returns - No Need for Original Packaging
We understand that once your Morph Sofa is set up, repackaging it can be challenging.
You do not need to retain the original box.
Our return logistics partner will handle the repackaging upon collection.
3. Return Fees
To maintain a fair and sustainable return process, the following fees apply:
- 25% repacking & handling fee (covers inspection, repacking, and restocking preparation)
- 4% credit card processing fee
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
4. Return and Refund Process:
To request a return or refund:
- Email info@morphsofa.com
- Include your order number
- Attach 4 photos for each seat of the product in its current condition
Once your return is collected and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please note that your card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to finalize the refund on your statement.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer:
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Refund
Warranty
Our Warranty Commitment
At Morph Sofa, we believe your furniture should be built to last. From our innovative modular design to our high-quality materials, every sofa is crafted with care. Our five-year warranty is our promise of quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of delivery. Specifically, this includes:
- Structural defects in cushions, foam, or frame not caused by misuse or abuse.
- Manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, or integrated closures.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
To avoid confusion, the following are not covered:
- Normal Wear and Tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, pets, spills, or accidents
- Outdoor use or unauthorized modifications
- Promotional Items: Clearance, final sale, or promotional products.
- Items Not Purchased Directly from Morph Sofa
Warranty Claims Procedure
To submit a claim, contact Morph Sofa customer service at info@morphsofa.com with:
- Order number and purchase date.
- Description of the defect or issue.
- Photographs or videos demonstrating the defect.
Morph Sofa will assess the claim and, if valid, repair or replace the defective part or product. If the original item is unavailable, a suitable replacement of comparable value may be provided.
Important Limitations
- Coverage begins on the original delivery date and is non-transferable.
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Warranty is void if the product is relocated outside the original delivery country.
- Morph Sofa’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement costs and excludes incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or inconvenience.
